CHURCH SCHOOL PROMOTION
If your child attends the 9:30 a.m. Church School, it's Promotion Time. Sunday, September 12th, children will be promoted from Beginners to Primary and Primary to Juniors. Congratulations to all our children who will be promoted to their next department! Church School is offered every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. Children's Church School is under the direction of Mrs. Estelle McKissick and is located on the first floor of the Education Building. Sign-in for Church School is done in conjunction with Children's Church worship time.
Stewardship LIFE KICK OFF!!!
On Sunday, September 12th, we will Kick Off our next session for Stewardship LIFE (Learning about Investments, Finance and Earnings). This program is offered to children and youth on Wednesdays as part of our Bible Study time. Children's segment is offered on First Wednesdays and Tween and Youth segments are offered on Fourth Wednesdays (separately). If you want your child to get involved in this special financial program designed with children and youth in mind, sign up this Sunday near the CM Sign-In Desk. Children will receive a special gift when they sign up!
GRADE LEVEL CHANGES
Congratulation to all our children in their elevation to new grade levels. Sunday, September 5, 2010, we will switch grade levels. We celebrate the shift of our Children who will be moving to the Tweenager's Ministry and for our Tweenagers who will be moving to Youth Ministry. We will miss you and pray for your continued growth in Jesus Christ as you move to new seasons in your life. Come back and visit us...we'll always have a hug and a smile for you!
BACK TO SCHOOL
During our recent Back to School Drive, we helped the Evangelism Ministry give away over 100 backpacks filled with school supplies. If you have children that need supplies, please stop by the Children's Ministry Desk! Thanks to all who donated items to help make this worthwhile event a success!!!
