Elder Rosemary Winbush, Pastor of Children

Elder Winbush has been the staff Director of Children's Ministry of Bethel Baptist Institutional Church for the past eight years.  She has served in the ministry of children for more than 20 years.  Elder Winbush has served in the community with the public school system as a volunteer on the local and county levels for more than 10 years and continues to strive to promote and enhance the spiritual and social growth of children.  Elder Winbush writes curriculum for the children's ministry worship services and manages a team of more than 240 volunteers.  She is a licensed, ordained minister, a graduate of BMIT and School of Ministry and is a Certified Ministry Leader. 

Prior career experience includes management in the non-profit, healthcare and insurance areas.  Her experience ranges from program management, human resources, staff training, and marketing.  She holds an undergraduate degree with a focus in marketing and graduated magna cum laude.  

Elder Winbush has attended numerous children's ministry training workshops/conferences and continues to expand her biblical knowledge to become more equipped to bring the Gospel to children.

Elder Winbush is married to Elder Wyman Winbush and they have three children, Trey, Taylor and Lindsey.
