INTERCESSORY PRAYER
EACH MONDAY FROM 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. IN THE MAIN SANCTUARY (Times for prayer may change due to church events.)
Being an intercessor comes with great responsibility to the Kingdom of God. It is a vital role in the warfare of God’s army. Intercessors must be prepared to speak the Word of God in prayer and in deed. Becoming an intercessor begins with the intercessor. Having a cleansed heart and the mind of Christ is strength for the intercessor. It is an honor to serve in God’s army, so we take this honor with pride and courage.
PRAYER IN OUR HOMES: Select specific times to pray and designate a prayer area in your home. Having a specific time and place to pray in your home creates a place of consistency.
PRAY AND FAST: Remember to make prayer and fasting a part of your normal lifestyle. Look for things with a spiritual eye and not a natural eye. Take time to listen to God because He will direct us in ALL we do.

3. Married people should fast only with each other’s consent – I Corinthians 7:5
4. Paul fasted – II Corinthians 6:5; 11:27
